  General Notes:

Emigrated to US in 1883 was was followed 5 years later by his brother Gustave. Albert lived in the Swedish area of Manhattan. He was a boat builder and cabinet maker.
In 1895 witnessed his brothers Gustaf's wedding.
Albert designed boats and was an early member of the Harlem Yacht Club before it relocated to City Island. Albert won the 1904 Regatta.
In census 1910 lived at 963 Castlehill avenue, Unionport (the Bronx).
He used to visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art and painted copies of famous pictures (for the reselling !). He signed his paintings Jonsson.
Albert returned to Bjuv, Sweden in 1920, where he lived with his sister Christina. Back in Sweden he received boating magazines from his family in the US, where he would look at the design and make replica model boats. Some of these he would send to his brother and nephew in NY.
He died in an accident falling off his bike at the age of 98.
