27 Apr 1771 John Dymes of Neatishead cordwainer paid for apprentice indenture for Giles WIlkins.
23 May 1774 John Dymes of Neatishead, cordwainer, took Daniel Newton apprentice for five years.
1801 John was proprietor of a freehold cottage occupied by himself and William Tice. He also had 1 rood of land.
August 1809 The Shipdham enclosure award says John Dymes and Daniel Rawling have use of some private roads.
