Eustace William Dimes

  General Notes:

On 23 Dec 1874, Eustace signed himself into Endenture (service) with Thomas Joseph Noakes as a Cook. Thomas Jospeh Noakes of Spitalfields was a brass and lock founder. This took effect from August 1874 and was witnessed by his mother Ann.
In 1881 he was one of 29 lodgers at 118/120 Wandsworth Road, Lambeth, a coffee house.
He emigrated to USA in 1885, first to Providence RI, then to MA, then to CT.
In 1888 at time of marriage was working in a mill at Williamburg, MA.
In 1900 he was a brass finisher of 39 Alfred St, Providence (US Census en dat 65 sheet 17). He married Margaret Cadden (or Cudden) possibly in MA around 1894.
Sailed from Southampton to New York departing 29th May 1937 on the Georgic, a Cunard ship.

Eustace married Annie Cadden, daughter of Arkey Cadden and Jane. (Annie Cadden was born in 1866 in Ireland, died on 15 Apr 1891 in Williamsburg, Massachusetts, USA and was buried in Haydenville, Massachusetts, USA.)

Eustace next married Margaret Cadden, daughter of Arkey Cadden and Jane, about 1894 in Massachusetts, USA. (Margaret Cadden was born in Jul 1863 in Ireland, died on 14 Dec 1925 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut, USA and was buried in Haydenville, Massachusetts, USA.)
