Sarah Woodeson (1855-) |
Sarah Woodeson
General Notes: The 1901 census shows Sarah was still recorded as Beer Retailer at the White House, Norcot Road, Tilehurst (after the sudden death of her husband Charles in 1897). Sons James aged 23 (b1878) and Charles 20 (1881) were still living with Sarah. James was employed by GWR as a railway porter and Charles a Barman, presumably at the White House. Sarah married Charles Crocker, son of James Crocker and Martha Dimes, on 3 Jun 1876 in Tilehurst, Berkshire, England. (Charles Crocker was born in 1855 in Mattingley, Hampshire, England, died on 25 Jan 1897 in Tilehurst, Berkshire, England and was buried on 28 Jan 1897 in Tilehurst, Berkshire, England.) |
